How do I get points?

When shopping online, just log on before or during checkout. You’ll get CASHBACK in points on every eligible item you purchase. (Note: some products sold by our Marketplace sellers do not offer CASHBACK in points.)  

In store, just show your Shop Your Way membership number or phone number to the associate when you check out.

How do I use points?

When checking out online, you’ll be asked if you’d like to apply your points to the purchase.

In store, just ask the associate to apply your available points to your purchase.

Be sure to provide your member PIN, which can be found in the Manage My Account section of your online profile.

How do I get member exclusive offers?

When shopping online, log into your account before or during checkout.

You will also receive member exclusive offers via email, if you’ve opted in for email promotions.

I have multiple Shop Your Way Rewards memberships. How can I merge my accounts?

To merge accounts, contact the Member Care Center at info@shopyourwayrewards.com, or by phone at 1-800-991-8708 for further assistance. 

How can I add points from a previous purchase?

You can retrieve missing points from the www.shopyourway.com home page by clicking your name at the top right corner of the page, and then clicking “Account & Order History.” Below your past activity, you will see a link for the retrieve missing points form.

Missing points can also be added with the help of a Customer Service Representative. For assistance, please contact the Member Care Center at info@shopyourwayrewards.com, or by phone at 1-800-991-87081-800-991-8708 FREE.

If you recently purchased something and didn't get points for it, you have up to 30 days from the date of your purchase to request the missing points.

Can I get points on Layaway purchases?

Yes. Just make sure to provide your Shop Your Way membership information when you put something on Layaway. Any points you get will appear when you make the final Layaway payment.

Can I apply rewards points to my Layaway?

Points cannot be redeemed on layaway purchases. However, they can be earned on layaway purchases after the final payment.

I lost my card. How do I get a replacement card?

You don’t need a Shop Your Way card to enjoy the full benefits of membership. Earn rewards in store by providing your phone number or email address to the sales associate.

If you prefer the convenience of a card, you can print one by going to www.shopyourway.com and clicking on your user name, and then clicking “Edit Settings” on the drop-down menu. From there, click “Rewards” in the left menu and click “Print your membership card.”

Smartphone users can also download the Shop Your Way app from AppStore or Google Play Store.
