Retail Competitors - Stores

If you find a lower price on an identical brand and model number currently available for sale at another local competitor's retail store, Sears will match that price. Just bring in the original advertisement to a sales associate at the time of your purchase. The competitor price must be offered on the same date as the date of your purchase. Price match is eligible only on the day you make your purchase.

Retail Competitors - Online

If you find a lower online price (including any costs for shipping and handling, but not delivery) on an identical brand and model number currently available from a local competitor's retail store honoring its own online price and the item is currently available for sale and delivery in your area, Sears will match the price of the merchandise. Just print the ordering page (including the costs for shipping and handling), and bring it to your Sears store at the time of your purchase. If you are purchasing the item from sears.com, check out the price match form https://www.sears.com/en_us/customer-service/policies/price-match-form.html. The competitor price must be offered on the same date as the date of your purchase. Sears will not price match internet-only retailers or marketplace or third party sellers on competitor's web sites. Price match is eligible only on the day you make your purchase.

Sears Branded Stores and Sears Branded Websites

If you find a lower price on an identical brand and model number from another Sears branded non-outlet retail format or website, Sears will match that price for up to 30 days after the date of your purchase. Sears will not price match limited time Online Only events, special Online Price, or conditional Online Only Special Offers on our websites. Only items listed as Sold by Sears are eligible for price matching on our websites. Sears will not price match any Marketplace items or any items sold by Sears Outlet or searsoutlet.com. All other exclusions also apply.

Exclusions

Sears will not price match competitor's items that are limited in quantity, offered for sale for less than six hours during a day or door busters. Sears will not price match competitor's items offered for sale Thanksgiving Day through the Wednesday after Thanksgiving, bonus or free offers, special offers, online-only offers, bundled offers, rebates, any special financing offers, coupons, protection agreements, clearance, liquidation, or closeout prices, buy one get one offers, gift card offers, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise. Sears will not price match services (including, but not limited to, delivery, installation, and assembly), parts, Sears Licensed partner websites, digital services, Sears Presents or Shop At Home catalogs. Stores in Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii will not match any online prices. Sears will not match typographical errors or competitor's prices that result from a price match. Sears will not price match Kenmore items at non-Sears Holdings retail formats. Sears will not price match items with individual Shop Your Way bonus or extra points offered. Only one price match allowed per identical item per customer.

Price Protection Policy

Buy with confidence from Sears. If an item you have purchased from Sears goes on sale for a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, Sears will refund the difference. This Price Protection period is a full 365 days for our “Best Stuff” mattresses!  What's our "Best Stuff?" Signs in our mattress department will tell you which top of the line mattresses we think are our Best Stuff.  Ask an associate for details or visit [sears.com/best-mattresses] for a  list of model numbers.

All Price Match rules and exclusions apply including no Price Protection adjustments between Thanksgiving Day and the Wednesday after Thanksgiving. Sears will not offer a price adjustment on items that include individual Shop Your Way bonus or extra point offers. To claim a Price Protection Policy adjustment, go to your original Sears store where the purchase was made with your receipt. If your purchase was made on Sears.com, please fill out a Price Protection form. You will be given a refund for the difference of the original selling price and the current advertised/reduced price. Apparel clearance merchandise and conditional Online Only Special Offers do not qualify for Price Protection Policy adjustments.

Competencia minorista - Tiendas

Si encuentra un precio menor en un artículo con marca y número de modelo idénticos disponible para la venta en una tienda minorista de la competencia, Sears igualará dicho precio. Simplemente muéstrele el anuncio original a un vendedor en el momento de la compra. El precio de la competencia deber ser ofrecido en la misma fecha que la de la compra. La igualación de precios se puede seleccionar únicamente el día en que se efectúa la compra.

Competencia minorista - En línea

Si encuentra un precio menor (incluyendo cualquier costo de envío, pero no de entrega) en un artículo con marca y número de modelo idénticos actualmente disponible en una tienda minorista de la competencia local que respete su propio precio en línea, y siempre y cuando el artículo se encuentre actualmente disponible para la venta y entrega en su área, Sears igualará el precio de dicha mercancía. Solo imprima la página de la orden (incluidos los costos de envío) y llévela a la tienda Sears local al momento de la compra. Si vas a comprar el artículo en sears.com, contáctanos por teléfono al 1-800-697-3277. El precio de la competencia deber ser ofrecido en la misma fecha que la de la compra. Sears no igualará los precios de minoristas que vendan solo por internet, artículos de marketplace o vendidos por terceros en los sitios web de la competencia. La igualación de precios se puede seleccionar únicamente el día en que se efectúa la compra.

Tiendas y sitios web de la marca Sears

Si encuentra un precio menor en un artículo con marca y número de modelo idénticos de otro minorista o sitio web de los formatos de Sears, Sears igualará dicho precio hasta 30 días después de haber efectuado la compra. Sears no igualará precios de eventos solo en línea por tiempo limitado, el precio especial en línea ni las ofertas especiales solo en línea condicionales, en nuestros sitios web. Solo los artículos que figuran como vendidos por Sears son elegibles para la política de igualación de precios en nuestros sitios web. Sears no igualará precios en ningún artículo de Marketplace ni artículos vendidos por Sears Outlet o searsoutlet.com. También se aplican las demás exclusiones.

Exclusiones

Sears no igualará el precio de artículos de la competencia que estén limitados en cuanto a su cantidad, sean ofrecidos en oferta por menos de seis horas al día o de ofertas asombrosas. Sears no igualará los precios de artículos que sean ofrecidos en oferta por el Día de Acción de Gracias y hasta el miércoles posterior a dicha festividad, ofertas gratis, ofertas especiales, solo en línea, ofertas en paquete, reembolsos, cualquier oferta de financiamiento, cupones, acuerdos de protección, liquidación ni precios con rebaja, ofertas compra uno y llega el segundo, ofertas de tarjetas de regalo o precios de mercancía usada, dañada, devuelta, de caja abierta o de exposición. Sears no igualará precios de servicios (incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a, entrega, instalación y ensamblaje), repuestos, sitios web de socios con licencia de Sears, servicios digitales, catálogos Sears Presents ni Shop At Home. Las tiendas de Puerto Rico, Alaska y Hawái no igualarán precios en línea. Sears no igualará errores tipográficos ni precios de la competencia que sean resultado de una igualación de precios. Sears no igualará precios en artículos Kenmore de formatos minoristas no pertenecientes a Sears Holdings. Sears no igualará precios artículos con ofertas individuales con puntos adicionales de Shop Your Way. Se permite solo una igualación de precios por artículo idéntico y por cliente.

Política de protección de precios

Compre con confianza en Sears. Si un artículo que ha comprado en Sears está a la venta a un precio menor dentro de los 30 días de su compra, Sears le devolverá la diferencia. Se aplican todas las reglas y exclusiones de igualación de precios, sin incluir ajustes de protección de precios entre el Día de Acción de Gracias y el miércoles posterior a dicha festividad. Sears no ofrecerá un ajuste de precio sobre los artículos que incluyan ofertas individuales con puntos adicionales de Shop Your Way.

Para reclamar el ajuste de la Política de protección de precios, diríjase a la tienda Sears original donde realizó la compra con su recibo. Si realizó la compra en Sears.com, por favor llena el Formulario de protección de precios. Recibirás un reembolso por la diferencia del precio de venta original y el precio anunciado/reducido actual. La mercancía de liquidación de vestuario y las ofertas especiales solo en línea condicionales no califican para los ajustes de la Política de protección de precios.
