At Sears, we do our best to get your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
UPS & Islandwide Shipping
Most of our orders are shipped by UPS or Islandwide. Depending on what rate you select in checkout, your order will arrive:

Things to know:
- Check your profile/order center for estimated delivery dates on your orders is this correct?
- Items from one order may be shipped in multiple packages
- Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays
Sears does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes.
Oversized Shipping
Certain products and/or brands require special handling, are oversized or weigh more than 150 pounds are sent by Oversized Shipping.
Things to know:
- Orders usually arrive within 8-10 days from the order date.
- We will email/call you with an arrival date, including a scheduled 4-hour window.
- If the delivery date is inconvenient for you, you can reschedule for a more convenient date.
- Requires a signature of someone 18 years or older.
- Delivery is made to the main door of the building, and not to a specific unit or suite number.
- Does not include setup.
- Available only in the 48 continental United States.
In-Home Oversized Shipping is identical to Oversized Shipping except the item will be delivered to the specific unit or suite number and dropped off in the room of your choice.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
Gift Cards and all orders to APO/FPO* addresses are shipped by the United States Postal Service.
Things to know:
- Please note that although our website reflects a ship date based on the APO/FPO zip code, we ask that you allow an additional 4-6 weeks for the military postal service to deliver your package to its final overseas destination.
